Manuela Papadopol
Drawing on decades of leadership experience with global brands like Microsoft, Mercedes-Benz, and BMW, Manuela helps clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and achieve peak performance.
An AIARE, CSIA-certified ski instructor, she blends outdoor adventure with strategic insights to empower individuals and teams. Fluent in six languages and holding advanced certifications in business and public relations, Manuela partners with clients to redefine success both on the mountain and in the boardroom.
Flo Damian
A lifelong skier and CSIA Level 2 instructor, Flo is passionate about teaching and the mechanics of skiing. Currently working as ski instructor at Stevens Pass resort in Washington State, Flo has experience on four continents and brings humor, technical precision and energy to every session.
He is training toward CSIA Level 3 certification and is eager to inspire and develop skiers of all levels master their technique, explore their potential, and achieve their goals.
Drawing on over 20 years of experience as a senior software engineer, Flo has a knack for breaking down complex concepts into clear, actionable steps, empowering skiers to build confidence and excel on the slopes.
