Manuela Papadopol

Manuela Papadopol has devoted her career to advancing automotive technology and for the past four years she was the co-founder and CEO of the award-winning startup: Designated Driver focused on building software for self-driving cars.
She has received many industry awards including the Women Worth Watching Award from Diversity Journal, and was named a top Woman in IOT Marketing from Connected World.
During her time at Microsoft, she built global marketing and business teams and helped create brands like “Powered by Microsoft”, “Microsoft Auto”, “Ford SYNC”.
In 2018 she was invited by United Nations in Geneva to speak about diversity, inclusion and equality.
An avid mountaineer with AIARE certification, Manuela enjoys guiding and helping people navigate the volcanoes and glaciers of Pacific Northwest and Alaska.
